To whom this may concern,
Our 阿姨 "Ayi" lived and worked for us while we were in Atlanta and helped
us with our two children, a boy and a girl and she has helped since they
were a very young age. After we moved to Pittsburgh, we looked for another
Ayi. When we did not find another Ayi that we liked, so we asked if she
would move to Pittsburgh and she did. We were very grateful that she moved
to Pittsburgh to start a new life with us there. We would still have her as
our Ayi today, but we recently moved to Shanghai.
We were very pleased with her cooking. She was open to cooking both
American and traditional Chinese. She can make a variety of dishes from
dumplings to spicy eggplant. She prepared sufficient food to pack lunches.
She always kept the house clean. The laundry was washed and put away.
She assisted our children with the Chinese classes and we trusted her to
stay with the children for extended times while we traveled internationally.
We never had any conflict or issues with her employment.
