大家好，我2、3个月前在这里发了一次招工广告，我们现在已经hire了两个RA，现在想
招一个更senior一点的SRA/scientist。
研究工作仍然主要是molecular biology和immunoassay方面。具体工作内容包括：1.
独立高效完成实验工作；2. 独立研究、设计、完成新project；3. 培训、管理RA日常
工作；4. 总结项目进展，和客户交流；5. 申请研究基金。
我们的要求是：必须有扎实的生物实验实践和理论训练；最好有FACS，protein
conjugation chemistry，ELISA或其他immunoassay经验但不是必须；学位无限制，需
要有合法工作身份（OPT或H1均可；公司会支持H1B申请和绿卡申请）；尚未毕业但接近
完成学业，可以用CPT身份做intern的我们也会考虑。待遇随经验浮动。
