Undetermined[edit]
Patient awaiting physician and/or assessment.
Good[edit]
Vital signs are stable and within normal limits. Patient is conscious and
comfortable. Indicators are excellent.
Fair[edit]
Vital signs are stable and within normal limits. Patient is conscious, but
may be uncomfortable. Indicators are favorable.
Serious[edit]
Vital signs may be unstable and not within normal limits. Patient is
seriously ill. Indicators are questionable.
Critical[edit]
Vital signs are unstable and not within normal limits. Patient may be
unconscious. Indicators are unfavorable.

咱们申请课题，如果得到的打分是fair意味着肯定没希望了。good都不行，只有
excellent还有点戏。
