damages,
the fault driver's insurance refused to pay me full repairs. I refused
their settlement amount since it is too little to repair the damages on my
car. my insurance policy is liability only, I do not have enough money to
pay the full repairs. So i hv to sue fault driver at small claim court, in
Chicago, IL.
Now it will be final step - Jury Trial hearing. The defendent got attorney
