标 题: 被修车铺黑了500

送去修刹车，一个很大的全国连锁修车铺，结果两天后说他们换完新刹车以后
testdrive的时候把engine烧坏了，本来就是老车，等于报废
修车铺的人口头承认他们testdrive前没检查coolant,但是坚持说这不算他们的
negligence，因为他们不可能testdrive前什么都检查
现在不但车报废，还被天天催着交刹车的工本+labor一共500块，他们的manager说因为
刹车换上的时候是新的，但是testdrive以后就不是新的了，一定要我出钱
谁遇到过类似的事，有啥办法么？thanks | D**********s

shop.
1. Your engine has been overheated before.
2. The coolant level was indeed low and it's difficult to convince the judge
that the car shop's mechanics is responsible for it.
3. They were not obligated to check your coolant or engine since you didn't
ask them to.
The coolant level is paramount in determining which party is responsible for
the damage to the engine. Your school's lawyer asked a leg

是必须要 1.他们故意 2.由我举证 么
而且我是觉得烧坏这个过程不是瞬时的，估计他们在温度表进入红区后还开了一段（比
如没注意到或者强行开回来）
btw, 如果不能上庭的话，可以去bbb他么
还有一个问题是如果我拖着不交，他是不是会在不事先通知我的情况下去告我或者把车
处理掉？
