进公司没两个月就怀孕了,现在在公司才干了不到半年,已经告诉manager怀孕了,这
种情况下,是不是在生孩子之前,公司不能lay off啊?有相关的联邦法律保护吗?

你原来发那个版上的人给你解释得很清楚了,你自己就是不愿意相信而已.
基本相关法律就是:你的老板不能够因为你怀孕而解雇你,但是可以因为别的原因甚至没
有原因解雇你,哪怕当时你正在怀孕. 从来没有过"只要是孕妇就不能够被解雇"这么一
条法律.

Most emmployees are employees at will and can be fired with good cause, bad
cause or no cause.
As a pregnant woman, you will enjoy some protection by law. If your compnay
has more than 50 employees within 75 miles and you have worked for the
compnay more than 12 months, you will be entitled to 12-week unpaid FMLA
leave. During that period, your company cannot fire you and you are entitled
back to your original position.

It is federal Law (FMLA).
