反悔总归是不好的,尤其是judge,不过2L的话我也不知道这两个到底哪个好,要做litiga
tion可能还是应该去judge吧

Go with the judge. Judicial externships are excellent stepping stones. |

我也说了，judge would be "unhappy" if you back off, 而且最好不要惹circuit
judge. 可是他觉得在大公司工作轻松又有钱拿似呼也不错。 |

practice law.
Generally, he shouldn't reject a judge's offer. I would take the externship
and go through OCI again during 3L. He'll have a much better chance to
find a job with an externship in federal court.

比较来说，还去federal court吧，毕竟听上去还好听些。inhouse不是给刚毕业的人做
的，你1Lsummer去做还行，现在去做，没啥意思了。你下次面试firm jobs的时候，人
家不会care你什么高科技公司的。
