这个事件是2008年6月17日发生的
傍晚在屋后小树林不幸被狗咬伤了手，两个伤口，大出血，后去医院急诊。
dog owner开始表示愿意付医疗费，后来不见踪影。
7月份，向当地court 起诉了dog owner,
8月份，court给我回执说 提供的address联系不到那个人，他的手机也关了，至少我打
不通
之后秋学期学业繁忙，也没顾上这件事。。。一直拖到现在
期间，hospital 给我发过几次帐单催款。
昨天收到latest一次hospital的催款单，要求几天之内把款付清，否则他们就请第三方
坏账处理机构来解决。due is : 01-24
今天去学校机构查到了dog owner(本校在读or毕业生）在学校注册的地址，
现在有以下几个疑问:
1.关于hospitial,因为due 时间太紧了。
如果自己先付了帐单，还有希望向dog owner追回医疗费么？
如果不宜自己先垫付的话，是否可以和hospital协商一下，延长payment due?
2.现在有了dog owner的新地址，是否用这个地址再去法院起诉他 ？
但是法院处理这种民事案件，从起诉，到后面

but it seems that no attorney office shows interests in dealing with this
case...

you are a poor student and cannot afford a lawyer and ask the judge whether he or she can assign a lawyer for you if it is criminal.I am not sure about civil case. maybe you can try. |

2.各种规定未必一样，不过大体上来说应该是可以再诉的
3.结果很难说。如果狗主人不知道这狗会咬人，比如说从来没有咬过人，那第一口往往
是free的。

就变成自己折腾了
