I would not recommend you going to such a school unless (1) money is not a
problem, and (2) you just want to get a JD degree. Otherwise go to T14. |

+ law school. Interned at three 40+ law firms during the summers and got an
offer at a top 5 Texas law firm. One year later, I was recruited to a top 10
US law firm as an expat at its Hong Kong office.
I think it is still a workable route, all depending on what grades you will
have in your law school. I was ranked no. 1 in the first law school and no.
3 in the second. I think that helps paving my way. And luckily I grad |

If you ultimately will come back and practice in the China market, NY bar is
preferable because most US courts will defer to NY's precedents regarding
securities law. You probably do not need the DE license although you must
get yourself familiar with the DE corporate/partnership laws.
If you know where in the states you are going to practice, please choose a
reputable law school in that region, because those school may provide decent
