个人开车去Meyer买菜。最近收到一个liberty mutual insurance的信，说由于当时在
一个十字路口左转的时候，导致了主道上的他client车为了yield我，开车撞到了路中
间的花栏。有个witness跟着我的车，记下了我的车牌，现在要赔偿＄4500左右。她不
记得当时发生过什么事情。不过很确定当时没有任何人拦她的车或者留下什么记录。
我一直在外地，对整个事情不清楚，不过车title是我，（给我老婆在开），现在律师
信寄给我，要我给他们电话，这个情况一般怎么谈比较好？ 谢谢。 |

everything. Just say you are out of state at the time and you don't have
any information that shows your vehicle was around the area where the
alleged accident happens. that is it. don't say more. They probably cannot
prove that you or your wife was driving the cars since that needs a in-court
identification. Since there is no collision of your car, there is no
evidence that can link the accident with your car except t |
