10. Special provisions: The following special provisions will
supersede any conflicting provisions of this printed lease form. Total
amount of concession at the end of the lease term will be $6250. If
resident fails to fulfill the terms of the lease, concession amount
received up to date of lease termination must be paid back in full.
11. Early move-out. You will be liable to us for a reletting charge of
