专利申请的人说
要另外申请一项专利，老板不同意，这个印度博士仍然坚持申请，最终被老板开掉。
本人博士后，现在想通过学校申请一项专利，如果仅自己作为发明人，不署老板名字，
然后如果老板反
对，最后摊牌，我离开学校，在其他公司或回国继续申请，专利还有新颖性吗？

become an issue, assuming it is novel to begin with. (If you want to file in another country, there are many other factors you need to consider.)
However, your boss, if he or she wants to, has tons of ways to frustrate
your application. If your boss in any way can be considered an inventor, the
patent attorney files for you may not even want to file an application
leaving your boss out. It is just asking for trouble. |

不同于论文，如
果老板没有实质贡献，就不应该被署名。你这么说的话，还是把老板的名字署上的好？
我有两个老板，
一个退休了。

Inventors who don't care much about the invention can assign their rights to
you. Whether the contribution of a certain paerson qualifies him or her as
an inventor is a fact-sensitive question. That's why you need to talk to a
patent attorney with knowledge of your specific field : ) |
