a. before the invention
known or used same invention in US / patented or published same thing
anywhere
b. More than one year before filing
public use or on sale in US/patented or published same thing anywhere
c. He has abandoned the invention. (don't feel fair, how long did not work
on counting as abandoned? Notebook said not likely to be tested)
d. About foreign filing
如果你在别的国家申请了，还想在美国申请要确定1。在专利没批准之前递申请2。
在file一周年前递申请。最稳妥的先在美国申请。但为什么在别国申请，一定是有
原因的。在美国申请又贵又慢。(瞎说哈)
e. 最搞不明白的就是这条。 这条说的是publication还是international files?
f. 申请本人并没有作此发明。 书上给的例子是一句人改进了别人的发明。别人的
发明对他来说是prior art。看来这种情况下，改进者只能求原创者一起申请了。
g. Prior invention must have been in US. Information of prior invention
is open, the invention must not have been abandoned, suppressed, or
concealed.
