我们一年才有四天。所以她立刻就告诉我“ I owe company money, i need to pay
back the sick days."
the reason is I have not accrued yet.
请问这种说法对吗？我们的sick day是use it or lose it at the end of the year.
所以为什么我还要给公司钱呢？合法合理吗？

. The company may let you borrow but in a situation like yours you would
have to pay back the borrowed days. |
