LinkedIn 里。我写这个专利的时候, 这个同事还没有入职, 而我是唯一一个申请人。

And I don't want my intellectual effort used by unethical people.
Is it possible that the attorney didn't know? I don't have contact with the
attorney that handles this.

inventorship. You can find out who signed papers filed to the USPTO by
looking up the application here:
http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair
