Job Description
• Investment document drafting and reviewing
• Establishing and raising of new funds
• Ongoing fund management work of USD and RMB funds
• All aspects of regulatory compliance work for funds
• Legal consulting services to portfolio companies
• General legal practices of corporate affairs
We are looking for a candidate who has:
• Enthusiasm about early stage investment and start-ups
• Experience in investment related legal work
• Capability to learn fast and deal with high work loads
• Willingness to cooperate with other team members and serve
portfolio companies |
