发帖数: 31 | 1 我们去年11月买了房子，卖家想要lease back, 我们就同意了，lease back 90天结束
之后，我们用同样的contract 给他们延期了三个月。期间由于HVAC的问题，房顶leak
了一点，不是很严重，请人来修花了175美金。根据我们的contract：
Repairs and Maintenance
Except as otherwise provided in this Lease. Tenant shall bear all expense of
repairing and maintaining the property including but not limited to the
yard trees and shrubs, unless otherwise required by Texas Property Code.
Tenant shall promptly repair at tenant's expense any damage to the property
caused directly or indirectly by any act or ommission of the tenant or any
person other than the landlord, landlord's agents or invitees.
卖家（租户）不肯出这个钱，还不停给我老公打电话非常offensive的评理，他们签了
contract, 但他们觉得不合适。
最后我和我老公实在受不了就把这钱付了，最后他们还魔高一尺道高一丈，想让我老公
把房顶刷了，把不停说什么这是你们的房子，你们负责HVAC之类的。
好在房子lease back 在这月底结束，真担心这些不讲理的人赖着不走。
想请问律师，这样超过三个月的lease back 到底应该谁负责修 |
