First don't underestimate difficulty of child care. Raising young children at
home is as challenging and tiring as any job.
Personally I think it's good for kids to stay with Mom before 3, then it's
better for them to attend school for social.
Our plan is to have my ld stay at home until our child is 3. (she is 18 months
now. :-) Then we will send our child to preschool and ld will find a job.
If we have another one, then ld will continue to stay home.

1. 让年老的父母承担太大的责任.
2. 让年幼的孩子缺乏那神奇的母爱.
3.让初为人父母的人体会不到那种喜悦.错过了与孩子一起成长的感受. 以后会有遗憾的.
4.以后孩子大了接走了,那种失落感在祖父母心中会留很久. 伤人.
好:
1.帮一些实在想第三代的老人完成了愿望.
2. 孩子在生活上可能会得到更体贴的照顾,注意是指生活上的,不是感情上的.
3. 让不想承担义务和懒惰的父母减轻了太多的任务.
4. 帮你省了一大笔钱. 当然如果考虑钱太多的人. 这点很重要的.
