broker下面才能用。想知道如果挂靠在broker下面的话，是每年要上固定的费用，还是
每次买卖房屋broker都要提成？因为打算只给自己买房，应该不要commission fee，这
样的交易broker应该是不会提成的吧？

go for the license. it will take you 3 to 4 month to settle and get the
license. there are two kinds of brokerage out there: fixed desk fee and
split commission. you wouldn't learn much from those fixed desk fee
companies since you will be on your own and nobody cares. remember that you
still need time to learn about all the contract forms after

自己到时候能否卖好还是需要有经验的人给参谋。
