the house was a repayment for the debt). If you lose the house and can't get
the money back, the insurance company will pay the lender the loaned amount
and pay you your down payment.
Most of lenders require you to buy title insurance for them. Yes you pay
that.

title公司讲？

你自己得另买cover yourself。
不过你得这个transaction不是问题。主要是看以前有没有
房子抵押出去或者房主欠债债主有权追房子。
