Owner's Coverage Liability amount $552k, Premium $1657
Am I required to buy both parts or I can only buy the first part?
Since lender's loan amount has been covered, why I'm required for second
part? If I want my own downpay covered, I only need to buy a coverage for $
135k. Am I right?
