们，先带我们绕了一圈，介绍一下房子应该怎么看，有的房子看着好，其实住久了不舒
适，为什么。再比如有的房子有potential,值得看，即使第一眼不那么入眼，但是要价
太高，把potential都要足了，一定要狠杀价等等的trick 也告诉我们了。不过也是因
为我们什么都不懂啦，也许她对懂的人不用这么麻烦。

A house is close to a flood zone. As an agent, she even didn't know, we
seriously doubted. we later check on flood map and find out the truth. |

发帖数: 994 | 5 这个问题也不能太绝对。虽然我不认识这个agent，但关于这个flood zone的信息，有
时候是很tricky的。我们碰到过一个房子，用一个agency的flood certificate查，它
不在flood zone里面，用另一个agency查，它又在。所以，你这个单纯的怪到realtor
头上我觉得不可取。
