today, which is in an area that was clearly covered up but not disclosed on
the termite report.
I have collected termite sample in a clear plastic bag and took some
pictures. I also ask the termite company to come take a look tomorrow.
What should we do? Should the owner be responsible for repair?

within that period, which you can find out from the closing documents, it
should be easy for you to contact the closing company for that. |

You can contact its closing lawyer, the one who led you through the closing,
for this issue if you are still within the legal time range to cancel this
closing. You should check it ASAP!
