没时间看着contractor干活， 所以就凭运气了， 幸好找的contractor还okay， 没有
太多的麻烦。
project includes: complete remodeling for two bathrooms, partial remodel one bathroom, copper repiping, replace all windows, patio doors, compelete remodeling kitchen, remove wall paper, remove popcorn paint, then complete interior paint, ~1100 squre hardwood remodeling, 300 square foot new floor installation. reside two windows, remodel patios, install all appliances, repalce water heater... | w****o
