That could be a problem if you do not know the source of the water. But if
you can find out from the seller and it has been fixed, might be ok to buy,
otherwise you need to pass unless the price is very low.

can live there.
2. If you do not know the source of the water damage, just pass it; if you
know, get an estimate on how much does it cost to repair (don't go with the
cheap fix), then decide. |
