两天前发现三楼主卧北向的三个窗户上的墙体开始往下滴水。
昨天通过水渍发现水一直往下走， 主卧的地面都是湿的
今天发现，二楼和三楼之间的楼板都是水渍，用水捅破， 水哗的就流出来了。
感觉是屋顶和屋檐堆的雪渗入墙体， 先是三楼， 然后顺着墙体， 进入二楼和三楼之
间的楼板， 现在家里一团糟， 请问， 我应该怎么处理， 明天一早先打电话给我的
home Insurance 看看cover 多少， 这种情况， 我应该和修屋顶的，还是外墙的联系
， 请问DC地区有没有可以推荐的公司啊？

formed at the lower edge of your roof which causes water to flow around
shingles upward into your attic then into your rooms. This problem is caused
by the excessive attic heat loss from your rooms and/or heating pipes which
melts roof snow when it is not warm enough outside. To avoid such a problem
, you need to clean the snow within about 2-3 feet of the lower edge of your

果可能的话，清理屋檐的雪。 问题是我的房子是3层高， 自己清理屋檐的雪十分困难
。不知道您有没有什么建议。现在屋子里面三层放了三个storage case 接水， 二层放
了两个大桶接水， wall and ceiling 到处都是水渍，场面十分惨烈。

发帖数: 15836 | 8 Sorry to hear that. You have to fix the source of the problem. There are two
things you can do:
1. Hire somebody to remove snow from your roof edge. I agree with you that
it is very difficult and dangerous to do that by yourself.
2. Go to the attic and find the water source of the roof leakage. Then use
plumber putty to seal it, or use some plastic sheet and tape to channel the
water to somewhere they can flow to the ground or some container. This may
not be very easy because sometimes the roof

下午终于找到两个老莫， 花了300大洋帮我把屋顶上的雪和冰都清除了， 立竿见影，
屋里不再滴水了。
现在就等保险公司派人来核实，估价维修了。 |
