人工如果16，000，工时2个半月，大家觉得怎么样？

taking a risk not worth taking.
A friend of mine hired a company to remodel his basement, everything looked
good for two years, but all of sudden, he sees mold every where in the house
. turns out the water pipe the contractor put in had a very tiny leak, after
they take the sheet rock down, the entire house (studs) was covered in mold
and begin to rot. They call the contractor, he called his insurance, the
insurance company

不是有没有执照，关键他们要有insurance。
