房子是93年的房子，是近20年的房子了。所以我觉得该有的沉降是不是都应该settle了
呀？裂缝不大，可是是纵向的所以有点担心。请见多识广的大家帮我看看，是不是是个

there is too much hydrostatic pressure on the wall.
Essentially, the root cause is that water builds up outside your basement
wall. To address that, you need to lay down some drain pipes, to the depth
of the footing (well, at least deeper than the bottom of the crack.) That's
not something easy like French drain, it's serious digging which must done
by heavy machinery. You better get a quote on this project, and see if thi | b****n

真的觉得自己回过这贴了，可是又看不到 有空就多说两句
混凝土不是铁板一块啦 微观结构上也是很多细微的空腔 如果有静态水压作用在一边的
话 迟早（当然要相当长时间啦）会把空腔间壁给压碎 把一个个空腔连接成管道 一旦
这个管道贯通整个墙 问题就更严重了 不只是漏水的问题 而是现在成流体力学啦 动态
冲刷破坏作用更大
大家都听过那个荷兰小孩用手指堵住大坝上上的小洞的故事 对吧？ 只要水不流动 这
个小洞就扩展的很慢 一旦流起来 很快洞就会越冲越大 不等这小孩跑回村子 坝就塌了
当然 大家可能都把这故事当成一个勇敢的榜样了 其实 跟司马缸一样 有那么点小聪

OP根本的问题 还是外面排水不畅 最好是把问题根子给灭了 在里面装个sump pump把水
排出去是治标不治本啦 当然 你要说外面又不是北海 哪里塌得那么快 甚至“After me
, the flood.” 那也是你的选择 闲人不得插嘴
