如果谁到知道根据这几个index去估计follow rate，那人人都是CFA了。
即使这些指数变了，他们也只是影响利率的次次要因素，核心因素mortgage backed
security的price。
作为borrower，选一个负责的lender agent是王道，其他的都是扯淡。
