成为主导。但是房价估计跌不多少。因为卖主和银行都承受不起那么低的价格。现在就
是个不合理的市场。以前的逻辑恐怕都用不上。

declining may disappoint in 2010....
I live in San Diego, you can't image how hot the San Diego market is for
above $600 K range this year, particular new home market...
You know San Diego market usually is a leading indicator of housing market .

In late 2006, local newspaper started mentioning the struggle of the home
price, and a potential pullback in price. It is definitely not saying it
will go up another "22%".
At the time, people got the feeling that the home price would't crazy like
203-2005 any more, and may stay flat or a little bit down. However, most
people don't expect to see such a big drop in the coming years, including me

you will feel what I said. I can give you the numbers:
Monteluz plan1-4, two releases, from mid 6 to mid 7, total of 15 homes,gone;
Andalusia, plan1-4, two releases, from low 6 to high 6, total of 15 homes,
gone;
Terrema, plan1-3, three releases, from low 7 to low 8, total of 15,
5 left, all close to main traffic road;
Manzanita trial, plan 3-4, 2 release, from low 8 to low 9 ( the recent
release raised by &50,000 ), a total

你就会发现租金最近又降了，而且很多中国人在出租房子却租不出去
这至少说明一点， 南加房价升高主要是投资，
投资不准的话可是很容易导致新的泡沫，hehe
