我觉得不贵，比我的及几个朋友的都便宜，你可以多问两家比较下，另外appraisal
fee为什么要450，卖价很高需要到室内测量估价？否则我知道的一般200多解决，就是
卖价不离谱，外表看看就结束啦的那种。 |

is title insurance including both lender's and owner's? yours is very low,
is it related to the loan amount? here we need to buy both at buyer's
closing cost, and it is about $1,600 in total.
don't you need to pay State/COunty/City Tax Stamps (which is also called
Transfer Tax) when closing?

**Paid To title Fees are estimate.
所以我觉得应该不止２２５啊，有人有类似经历吗？
