来的信，说是要寄给他们$79.5才能收到Deed，我一直以为房产证是免费从county拿到

以大概半个月后去county那里pick up.至于房产证应该是付清贷款以后的事了吧. |

发帖数: 286 | 8 The deed is the proof of your ownership of the property. It's not like you
buying a car, you get the proof of ownership after you pay off the loan.
When you buy a property, you can get it at the beginning, free from your
county office. The deed is 房产证.
As to the owner's title insurance, it's optional in many states, but of
course it's only a little money to buy it, so why not. Anyhow, it has
nothing to do with the deed.
