大家closing的时候都是这样的吗？
那closing以后第二年的保险费也是要交给银行，不是自己付给保险公司吗？ |

还要每个月交，给下下年。。。

了。然后每个月付，到一年他再给insurance付。里面3个月的reserve怕涨价。 |

发帖数: 2859 | 10 这么说，以后也都是每月付给银行了，而不是直接付给保险公司。
想想也make sense，贷了款把房子抵押给银行，银行自然可以对房子的保险主张权益，自然可以有权保证你按时交保费。

insurance by yourself. You provide the insurance agent information to escrow, they will pay directly to the agent using the closing fund, your loan bank does not involved here, but you must buy the insurance for sure, otherwise, it won't get closed.

stead of an escrow account. and i pay the property tax and house hazard
insurance myself.
As i know, the only bank allowing that is ing direct.
escrow, they will pay directly to the agent using the closing fund, your
loan bank does not involved here, but you must buy the insurance for sure,
otherwise, it won't get closed.
