without the approval from the second lender? They are usually deal killers.
No. you can't pay the $5000 directly. and usually the first lender won't
allow any more money than what they specified to go to the second lender.
Unless your offer could cover all the balance of the loan for the first
lender.
The second lender doesn't have much power in this. All they can do is to
stop you from getting the deal. |
