1204 & 1206 are non-recurring (one-time) property transfer taxes.

transfer tax是跟卖家split一人一半的。

我倒是觉得最好不要弄impound mortgage account,property tax和insurance自己管
,预交给mortgage公司,白白损失利息,而且多个人过手。

transfer taxes.

contract to let the seller pay 100%
he told me even I chose that option, the offer will be countered. 50/50 is
regular practise. :(
I don't like my agent at all.
