company only accept fund by means of cashier check and wire. I have a saving
account, but i was told it can wire to an account under my name. how could
i wire money from my saving account to the fund account of escrow? Is the
fund account of escrow under my name?

wiring.

发帖数: 811 | 4 we did wire from checking account with about $15 wire fee since our bank
doesn't have local branch here. ur escrow company should give you wire
instructions. if you have branch here, just go get a cashier check which is
the simplest way. |

发帖数: 220 | 5 My account is saving account. It is online banking, no local branch. Is it
ok if I transfer the money to my checking account (another bank) which has
local branch? (Then i can get a cashier check from my checking account's
bank) Some people told me I should NOT transfer down payment money from one
bank to another bank before close the escrow because the lender may question
the money source. I don't know if that is correct.
The lender has approved my loan. Do they still still check or care where
