了个15yrs 4.375， 回扣0.625. 觉得还不错。我两周前通过BOA的online agent lock
了一个4.75。已经收到了paperwork还没有sign。不知道还能重新lock吗？我这个是
second home，而且ltv快接近100%了。给个这样的利率已经很满足了。如果周末能lock
的话，就打算接受这个了。谢谢了先。 |

新的broker会处理这事

发帖数: 9308 | 7 Theoretically, yes, you CAN relock to a lower rate from the same bank. It's
just the agent wouldn't do it for you since he will lose quite a lot
commission when relocking, maybe even not enough to cover your closing cost.
So the better choice is to relock with another bank.

checked my credit, locked it and sent me the GFE and other documents, but I
haven't signed yet. Last week I contacted the first agent and told her the
rate was lower, could you relock it for me? She said the rate was even worse
. Then I contacted another agent. The second agent gave me the same rate,
but the rebate is 1% different. Thanks. |
