问。
贷款的所有利息应该约$120,000。Prepaid Finance Charges也只是约$2000左右
我们不需要付mortgage insurance
但是我们的Finance Charge 是133,400
（133,400 - 120,000 - 2000 = 11,400）
这$11,400会是什么Charge呢？
