the HUD because I did pay all these fees.
I asked my mortgage officer at closing, he said it is correct. Strange.
Should I care about this possible typo? |

发帖数: 9308 | 7 If you pay all the fees, and assuming that's more than your credit, APR
should be more than rate for sure. It's worth to double check the number
with escrow officer to make sure it's not a typo or anything to avoid future
dispute.

发帖数: 1104 | 9 一定是ARM啦， ARM 的APR 没有意义。 因为APR是用现在的RATE和今后 RATE RESET 时
可能的RATE 来计算的。 这个FORWARD RATE 只是现在的， 而实际今后是不一样的。 |
