The National Association of Realtors said existing-home sales fell to a
seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.83 million in July from 5.26 million
the month before. Sales of single-family homes fell to the lowest rate in 15
years.
A year earlier, existing home sales totaled 5.14 million in July.
Inventories of unsold homes rose 2.5% to 3.98 million, representing a 12.5-
month supply, the highest level since at least 1999, the trade group said.

变策略，只把高价房放到市场上，这样单价就上涨了。结果。。。销售量大幅下降。
感觉只要经济总体形势不好转，银行玩这种小把戏也没有用的。房价下降的趋势短期内
改变不了 |

难道银行为统计局服务，统计局给银行的好处能大于捂房的损失？

不是因为卖的少了。而是卖的便宜房子少了。
first time buyer credit没了，原来很多人买便宜房，
现在过去了，买的，都是真能负担得起的，所以现在20万以下
的房子，基本别打算能卖出去了。
