matter how much is the HOA, a house in super location is hot forever. Or,
just walk away from it. High HOA in a gerenal location is a big con when you

If HOA is $400, but covers fire/earthquake/harzard insurance, water and
garbage, house exterior and has pool, spa, gym, then it is good.
If HOA is only $150, but doesn cover anything except for common area
maintanance, then it is bad.
