说这个房子
银行已经准备forclose了，问问这里有没有人知道这样还能买吗？list 上说的是
approved short
sale, 价格很诱人。但是经纪人说房子有一部分被water damage了，请问这样的房子还
能买吗？谢

etc. if severe, insurance carrier will require complete repair and
certification of mold removal before insuring your prop.
you may still bid on short sale as long as it's completed before the bank
forecloses. it costs bank more money & time to foreclose. |
