Anybody is familar with teh Certification of Compliance?
We made an offer to a home. Then I called the town department, and found out
that the certification of complaince is not issued. What are the potential
issues of this? Does it affect the acquisition of mortgage as well as title?
Is it normal if i ask the seller to acquire this before the home sells? How
costly this would be?
