3. Government recording charges: $720
4. Mortgage Tax: $6700

的？”是什么意思。
你的estimate中，Government record charges怎么这么高，这是哪个州啊？在南加州
只要不到$100。

发帖数: 2712 | 5 呵呵，看着mortgage tax就像是NY的loan，这个cost靠谱。
不用管escrow公司了，这边做loan跟CA不同，CA是escrow公司负责close的，NY一般都
是律师负责收钱。 |
