However, they are firm on the price even if the appraisal should come in
lower than that figure.
If the appraisal comes in lower you have two choices.
1) make up the difference in cash
2) cancel the transaction
LD很喜欢，朋友们说价格不错.可是房子上市都快三周了，到现在就我们一个offer，是不是有点奇怪？就差最后签字了，有点不放心啊，会不会有啥问题？ | w*****p
