然后,好不容易上市,签了合约,等了六十天,对方贷款被否决了.
这中间,冰箱和洗碗机被盗.
终于,重新上市.有拿到新合约.
房屋检查,从新修理.
万幸,今天按时过户了.
详细帐目如下-

辛苦半年,挣了区区四万块. 真是气死老夫了. 不过转念一想,没赔,赚了就好.

教训--
1. 宁可找一个价格稍高的包工头,也不能找拖工期的. 拖工期就意味着你要付出更多的
利息,还耽误了其它的机会.
2. 对拿FHA贷款的买主,要小心再小心.光看批准信还不行,一定要看具体收入. | T******r

insurance, right?

part for tax purpose, as they are considered operating costs. You can,
however, include them in the rental loss (I report flip as $0 income rental
property so all operating costs can get deducted).
