introduce you another agent from their own company representing you.Most
likely they will work out how to split the commission. Unless it is a new
construction and the builder won't give commission to buyer agent it doesn't
hurt or better to have a buyer agent.

价。。。

跟seller agent negotiate 价格或拿回一些rebate, 因为他成个dual agent 可以吃两
边的回扣获利更多。不知道对不对,请没用agent自己买房的来现身说法一下。 |
