don't use an agent, then the seller agent gets the entire amount. I am very
sure of this because I asked a seller agent about this and asked how much
rebate he can give me for being a dual agent. The answer was 0.

introduce you another agent from their own company representing you.Most
likely they will work out how to split the commission. Unless it is a new
construction and the builder won't give commission to buyer agent it doesn't
hurt or better to have a buyer agent.

固定6%, 5%
或者怎么样，都是可以商定，而buyers agent拿多少也是list agent和seller之间商量
后决定
的。如果buyers agent觉得他分到的少，他就不太愿意带人去看房子。。。

价。。。

跟seller agent negotiate 价格或拿回一些rebate, 因为他成个dual agent 可以吃两
边的回扣获利更多。不知道对不对，请没用agent自己买房的来现身说法一下。 |
