money for myself, just for fun, and helping friends buying their dream home
for less money.
Dealed with several agents before, and found most time, I knew the house
more than they did. They just did not deserve the check for opening/closing
the door, passing the paperwork/information.

发帖数: 209 | 3 As clients, we need to learn to complaint. If you were not treated right,
you should complaint to the NJ real estate commission. Sometimes, we just
too "good" and being used by the agents.
The people from the country next to us are very good at complaining, and my
broke even warns me to be very careful if I am dealing with them. You know

1. Take the 75 hours pre-licence class. I took the class offered by
Weichert. It cost about $350.
2. Pass the examine, $47.
3. Have the background check, fingerprint done. $70
4. Find a broker ( your boss) to sponsor your licence $160.
5. Join some MLS database in the area you want to do business, $100 - 200,
6 Join the bard to get the code for open locks.$355
That is it. The hardest part is to take the class and pass exame. | n*******y

发帖数: 209 | 10 Sorry, My license is limited within NJ. I live in princeton area, and
therefore can only do business within 1 hour driving distance from Princeton
. I don't want to drive more than 1 hour to show properties.
For short sale, I bought my current house as short sale. It took about 4
months since we put the first offer till closing. There are lots of tricks
in short sale, and unfortunately, 90% of the salesperson don't know. |
