期没往上递，昨天说递之前要满足他们2个条件
1. The listing agent will charge a $995 short sale negotiator fee.
2. They want you to deposit $5000 in escrow NOW, not after acceptance from
the bank. That’s in an effort to keep you in escrow.
想问问大家，SSN fee可以reject的吧？买方出这部分钱居多吗？我们都不知道能不能
approve，出这个钱很莫名其妙吧。
还有关于第二项要我们先存5000 escrow,说是存两个月满这期间我们不反悔的话会还给
我们，这是正确的吗？会不会先存了到时候拿不出来？

with somebody who is not creditworthy. the listing agent may be in the
