until months later, due to the seller's issue. The rate is locked for 10
days. Can we let it expire and do nothing? If so, will we have penalty such
as being charged with withdraw fee? For example, pay the appriaisal fee and

amount of penalty. We didn't plan to walk away from her, but cannot close
the home in the near future.
